Everything is great from the saber itself to the customer service team. Super impressed with the design and quality - it’s really sturdy and built for duelling truly. The speaker is great quality and the all the colours. It has way more feature than I knew such a classic music clips from the movies and ability to change the sound of the saber to different Jedi is really cool. Bought this for my son (age 16) and he says: Love the looks! Very cool, but functional for dueling. Shipped fast. The metal handle is heavy and the blade is weighted well. My only comment is that the flash and clash mode is slow to respond. Been learning saber techniques and it's been fun to use for that. My friends think it looks and feels awesome!
